Understand the expectations and details that help us provide a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests.

 ADULLAM STAYS – RV SITES + SUITES GUIDELINES 

1. All guests must register at the 2607 Waynesboro Hwy, Hohenwald, TN 38462 entrance before proceeding to your RV Site or Guest Suite. 
2. A maximum of FOUR (4) people can occupy a site without incurring additional overnight fees and special parking arrangements made in advance. 
3. A maximum of one vehicle, in addition to the RV living unit, is allowed for each site.  For additional parking requirements, please discuss your specific needs with management for parking options and cost.     
4. Vehicles are not allowed to park along the street right-of-way.  All vehicles and trailers must be contained within the confines of the RV concrete site you are specifically renting.  No spill overs onto other unoccupied sites are permitted. 
5. There shall be no vendor activity conducted on any site. 
6. No vehicles may be repaired on a site without the specific use of an approved RV Repair Vendor.  No oil or tire changes are permitted. 
7. Washing of any RV, trailer or vehicle(s) is permitted only with the prior approval of management.  Adullam Stays reserves the right to establish a fee for water use/washing depending on the class and type of vehicle/trailer or motorhome. 
8. Adullam Stays reserves the right to use the water and hose bibs at each RV site daily, between the hours of 3-6 pm for the explicit purpose of watering plants/shrubs/landscaping material for property maintenance. 
9. The campground speed limit is FIVE (5) MILES PER HOUR. 
10. QUIET TIME shall be observed from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. 
11. All policies regarding PETS are specifically addressed and outlined in our Pet Policy and will be strictly enforced for the safety and enjoyment of all campers.   
12. No nuisance, noxious or offensive behavior is permitted, nor tolerated.  Renters may be asked to leave the premises which may result in a loss of deposit or remaining balance(s) on account if conduct and decency are not considered respectful to other Campers or Visitors. 
13. RV sites cannot be sublet. 
14. No US Mail can be received at Adullam Stays on behalf of any Renter or Guest.  No UPS, USPS or FedEx packages or deliveries can be accepted.  Please make other local arrangements for receipt of US mail or packages. 
15. Adullam Stays provides Honey Pot Services included in your rental fee for the explicit disposal of both gray and black water RV Tanks.  This service is performed on the following (3) days of the week:  Monday, Thursday and Saturday or by special request. 
16. Each RV Site must remain clean and tidy.  Place all debris, food, trash and pet waste in the appropriate waste receptables and dumpsters provided at each site.   
17. Adullam Stays has the right to refuse rental(s) or services based on the exterior condition and appearance of the RV rig.  As a rule of thumb, Class A, B, C or Super C Motorhomes, Campers, Travel Trailers, or Vans, shall be 10 years old or newer.  Evidence of pride of ownership and a clean, well-kept unit can cause Adullam to forgo the 10-year age requirement.  Exceptions will be given consideration but not always granted. 
18. Radios/TV’s and other electronic equipment volume must be at a level so as not to disturb neighbors.  Campers must observe “Quiet” Time Hours. 
19. Generators are permitted only in the event of an electrical outage.   
20. Only pet waste, household trash and broken-down cardboard boxes can be disposed of in the waste receptacles provided at each RV Site.  Construction debris, hoses, scraps, hardwood, tools, electrical wires, plumbing, PVC, Styrofoam, drywall, etc., are not permitted.  See management for the proper disposal of these items which may carry additional fees by our local municipality dump. 
21. During times of sub-freezing temperatures (32’ or lower), all water hoses must be disconnected from the hose bib to keep water hydrants from freezing and exploding. 
22. In case of any emergency:  Fire, EMS, Police, while on the Adullam Stays premises, call 911 and give the address:  135 Rocky Top, Hohenwald, TN 38462 along with the specific corresponding site number you are renting:  A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, or A6. 
23. If you have any after-hours utility problem(s) or issues, please call Adullam Stays Management:  931.777.9962 or 239.919.9549.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WORK on the situation or issue yourself. 
24. No display of alcoholic beverages.  Alcoholic beverages must be contained in an unmarked cup or container when outside due to county regulations prohibiting open alcoholic beverage containers. 
25. Campers are responsible for the conduct of any visiting guest(s) the entire time they are in the park. 
26. No platforms, stairs, structures or patios can be built or constructed on the RV campsite.  All unauthorized structures will be removed without notice. 
27. The use of canopies or awnings are permitted.  No Tents or tent camping is allowed. 
28. No Clothes Lines shall be strung for laundry hanging. 
29. No fireworks, firearms, BB guns, sling shots, bows and arrows, knives or other weapons may be displayed or brandished while on campground premises. 
30. No personal use of ATV’s, dirt bikes, motorcycles, bicycles or go-carts are permitted on campground premises.  The use of an ATV or EV Golf Cart is strictly restricted by rental agreement through Adullam Stays.   
31. Please refrain from walking through camp sites. 
32. No grills or open fire propane stoves or burners are allowed on park picnic tables or furnishings.  For convenience, charcoal park grills are provided at each RV Site location.  Lump charcoal, briquets, fire starters and firewood bundles are available for purchase when booking your reservation. 
33. No parking on grass or landscape planting beds. Parking is permitted only within the confines of each RV site. 
34. RV sites are oversized to accommodate any 5th Wheel, Motorhome Class A, B, C or Super C, with 1 tow vehicle, and 4 slides extended to make parking, and maneuvering your site enjoyable and easy.   
35. Elisha’s Cabin Guest Suites #1/#2 are reserved for couples only.  No pets or children without special approval or consent. 
36. Any theft or damage(s) incurred to any campground or cabin guest suite or facilities will be charged to the responsible camper’s credit card. 
37. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason necessary and evict those who do not comply with the rules.   
38. Management and the Owners are not responsible for any loss of property, damage, accidents, or injury for any reasons including fire, theft or acts of nature or God.  Management reserves the right to seek compensation for any destruction of Adullam property.
